Your life will never be the same after you’ve discovered a “New World” of sensations! Scuba diving is not just a sport... It's a lifestyle. I'm sure you've heard that before. But what does it mean?

One of the beauty of scuba diving is that it's as many different kind of sports as you want. It can be the most extreme adrenaline-pumping sport you've ever done, penetrating a wreck in deep water in our very own St. Lawrence Seaway, or it can be a session of underwater yoga, taking pictures of blennies in 20 feet of water in Bonaire. It's really up to you.

And that is just the sport part of things... Scuba diving also comes with the great outdoors from the Tropics to the Arctic... It comes with sand, sun, beaches, boats, bikinis and a lot of friends. Think about it: A normal dive will last about an hour. You will do between 2 to 5 dives per day depending how addicted you are. The rest of the time is spent preparing the dives and talking about the dives, with your dive buddies.

Total Diving is as much a social club as a dive center!

So what are you waiting for? There is nothing on TV tonight, anyway! It's time for you to get wet.

WHAT C-CARD DO I NEED TO BECOME A SCUBA DIVER?

The PADI Open Water Diver certification card is the most widely recognized card around the World. It gives you the freedom to dive with a buddy independent of a professional.  However, our experience tells us that you will want and need more.

So the right question is what training do you need? The certification card (commonly known as a c-card) is not the main focus here. Your safety and your fun are the key elements to take care of. And they go hand in hand! The safer and more comfortable you are in the water, the more fun you'll have.

SO WHAT TRAINING DO I NEED TO BE SAFE AND COMFORTABLE UNDERWATER?

Your development as a diver will go through 4 phases:

1.Learning the basic skills to breathe underwater during day time in less than 60 feet of water: PADI Open Water Diver course.

2.Developping these skills while learning to dive up to 100 feet, dive at night and navigate back to the boat at the end of the dive: PADI Advanced Open Water Diver course.

3. Mastering your skills with the peak performance buoyancy training for underwater exploration and conservation; and various PADI specialties including wreck, deep, enriched air nitrox, and dry suit training.

4. Learning to prevent most common problems underwater and practicing how to react to emergencies to help yourself and your buddy: PADI Rescue Diver course with the Divers Alert Network and Emergency First Responder training programs.

To make your life easy and provide you with the maximum fun and safety, Total Diving has put together a Total Master Scuba Diver package that includes these 4 phases.

Please take the time to read about this unique and prestigious training package before settling for less than what you deserve. The Total Master Scuba Diver training is for the best underwater adventurer and explorer. It's for you. It took us years to develop this unique package. Take advantage of it!

We realize that if you are new to this underwater adventure, all of this might look intimidating and confusing. So if you are tired of burning your eyes on the computer monitor, simply come see us. We love talking about diving as much as we love diving!
